VENICEcard can be bought from any of the following:
- at one of the Hellovenezia ticket offices;
- at a partner reseller: all the tourist promotion offices in the Province of Venice, the VeneziaSI Welcome Desk and at the ATVO Treviso's Airport ticket office. See complete list and opening hours;
- (from may 19th 2008) using the Hellovenezia call center service +39 041 24.24. |

| Of course, VENICEcard can be bought from all the Hellovenezia ticket offices or from one of our resellers.

| No, at present there is no VENICEcard postal delivery service. |

| Can I find VENICEcard at Venice Marco Polo Airport? |
Yes of course, you can buy VENICEcard at the arrivals area of Venice Airport, at the Hellovenezia ticket desk (at the tourist information desk in front of the luggage reclaim exit).
The journey to and from the Airport with bus No. 5 for Venice or with no. 15 for Mestre are included with all VENICEcard solutions at no extra charge. |

| Can I find VENICEcard at Treviso Airport? |
Yes, you can buy VENICEcard at the arrivals area at Treviso Airport, at the ATVO coaches ticket desk.
Remember that you can use the ATVO shuttle coach service to get to Venice.
This service is not included with VENICEcard. You can buy the necessary ticket directly from the airport at the ATVO coach ticket desk. |
