How is the distinction made between right berthing and left berthing?
Right berthing and left berthing is considered with the back to the water.

How many stops are there at San Marco?
There are six stops, each with its respective ticket office: San Marco-Giardinetti; San Marco-Vallaresso; San Marco- San Zaccaria Danieli; San Marco- San Zaccaria Jolanda; San Marco-San Zaccaria Monumento and San Marco- Pietà.

What is the Alilaguna line?
The Alilaguna boat line connects Venice with Marco Polo airport on the mainland at Cà Noghera/Tessera.

What is the Clodia line?
The Clodia boat line links the city of Chioggia with San Marco and vice versa. It operates only during the summer from June to the end of September with just two crossings per day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. The crossing takes 1 hour 40 minutes per section.

What is the Fusina line?
The Fusina line links the Fusina area, situated on the mainland just a few minutes from Mestre, to Venice/Zattere and vice versa. It runs all year round with crossings every hour from 8.00 to 17.00. Crossing time: 25 minutes. During the summer, the line is extended to cover the Fusina-Alberoni section with 4 or 5 runs a day. The crossing takes 45 minutes per section.
