| It is not possible to change the ticket collection/dispatch method chosen at the moment of purchase. You should therefore pay particular attention when choosing this option. |

| I have lost my tickets. What can I do? |
There is no refund available for lost tickets. Neither is it possible to provide duplicates or reprint tickets already issued (as per Circular no. 165 of 07/09/2000 Ministry of Finance Revenue Department Central Office: Legal and Fiscal Cases point 5 and Revenue Agencies Circular - 2 December 2002) or to replace them with tickets for another event. |

| If you cannot attend the event and someone else will collect the tickets in your place, together with a printout of the order confirmation e-mail, they must also present a copy of a valid identity document and a copy of the credit card used to make the purchase. |

| The "List of Ticket Offices" gives the opening hours of each individual ticket office. |

| What is a voucher? |
| It is a virtual ticket purchased via internet. On our circuits it is represented by the internet receipt of confirmed payment. When you present the payment receipt at the ticket office, you will receive the ticket for the performance. The organisers of some events offer home delivery of tickets. |
