You can buy tickets on-line from the www.hellovenezia.com site, from an authorised Hellovenezia ticket office in the Province of Venice and by telephone from the Hellovenezia call center (+39)-041-2424. The sales channels and relevant references are given for each event. Bookings are not accepted by e-mail or fax. |

| Tickets for the differently abled are handled directly by the event organiser. You should therefore contact the organiser directly for information. |

| How does a Call Center purchase work? |
After communicating the type of event to the operator, indicate the number of tickets required and the sector (if there are tickets for different sectors and prices). Then give the operator your personal and credit card details (circuit and expiry date). In addition to an e-mail address, it is advisable to also provide a telephone number in case Hellovenezia needs to get in contact with the customer for any reason. |

| How much does a ticket cost if bought on-line? |
| For each purchase, the cost debited will be the cost of the entrance ticket, the pre-sale charge if applied, plus a percentage commission varying according to the organiser, inclusive of VAT at 20%. The detail of all sums and the total price of the transaction is calculated and displayed at the end of the purchase procedure before you confirm your booking. |

| Accreditation is handled by the event organiser. You should therefore contact the event organiser. |

| If your telephone line is not enabled, you should contact your telephone company and have your line enabled for call centers. |

| If you cannot attend an event, there will be no refund of either the ticket price or any additional commission (art. 7, paragraph b. of Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22 May 1999, implementing EEC directive 97/7/EC). |

| You can buy tickets (with cash) only and exclusively from Hellovenezia ticket offices. |

| I have lost my tickets. What can I do? |
There is no refund available for lost tickets. Neither is it possible to provide duplicates or reprint tickets already issued (as per Circular no. 165 of 07/09/2000 Ministry of Finance Revenue Department Central Office: Legal and Fiscal Cases point 5 and Revenue Agencies Circular - 2 December 2002) or to replace them with tickets for another event. |

| It is not possible to establish in advance whether an event will be cancelled. Generally cancellation for bad weather will be established the day of the event by the organiser. |

| What does "one place" (posto unico) mean? |
| A one place (posto unico) ticket is for a non-numbered place, whether standing or seated. The code number on the ticket is an identification code and not a place number. |

| What is a voucher? |
| It is a virtual ticket purchased via internet. On our circuits it is represented by the internet receipt of confirmed payment. When you present the payment receipt at the ticket office, you will receive the ticket for the performance. The organisers of some events offer home delivery of tickets. |

| What is meant by Organised Group? |
| Organised groups may be companies, workers' social clubs, associations, schools, libraries, sports clubs, travel agencies, tour operators, senior citizens' centres and other organised groups. |

| At Hellovenezia ticket offices, you can pay by cash, cashpoint card and credit card. On hellovenezia.com and through the call center, you can pay by credit card only. |

Hellovenezia.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, Diners and American Express. The computerised payment systems used by Hellovenezia are secure and all data inserted are protected by the most recent and advanced technology. For all payments made with cards on the VISA circuit, with Verified by Visa guarantee or Mastercard or with SecureCode guarantee, the PIN attributed at the moment of issue must be entered. |

| Why can't I pay with my credit card? |
There may be a number of reasons: a) You have entered the wrong card number. b) You have entered the wrong type of card c) You have not entered the CVV2 code. The CVV2 code is a three digit code on the back of the credit card immediately after the number. (Remember that the CVV2 code is obligatory for ALL credit cards accepted on our circuits). d) Your credit card is over the limit or there is not enough credit left to make the purchase. In this case you should contact your bank for the necessary verification. e) You are making the payment from a company computer point with proxy system. The payment system does not accept this type of operation as users of the company network could read your card details. |
