Are the type of places available for sale via internet or the ticket offices the same as those which can be purchased through the call center?

Can an invoice be requested when a ticket is purchased?

Can tickets be purchased to watch a performance from the royal box?

Tickets for the royal box cannot be purchased.

If I can't get to the Theatre, can I obtain a refund on the ticket or change the ticket for another performance?

The tickets cannot be refunded or replaced.

What is the capacity of the La Fenice Theatre?

The Sala Grande of the La Fenice Theatre has 1076 places.

The Malibran theatre can accommodate up to 800 spectators.

Where and when can I collect tickets prepurchased through the call center?

Tickets bought from the call center can be collected exclusively from the theatre on the day of the performance, one hour before it starts.
