Are there reduced rates for young people, students and senior citizens purchasing season tickets?
Students under 26 years of age and senior citizens over 60 years of age are entitled to reduced rate group C and D season tickets. At the moment of purchase, a photocopy of the documents confirming the right to the reduced rate must be presented (identity card, or student registration book). In the case of pre-emption, no documentation is required in the case of season ticket holders aged 60 and over who have held a reduced season ticket in the past season. The reduction is personal and valid for one place only.

A further two seats can be requested by contacting the Theatre directly.

How can I exercise the right of pre-emption reserved for former season ticket holders?
Before the season ticket campaign is launched, a special form to exercise the right of pre-emption will be sent to the homes of all former season ticket holders.
It is the responsibility of the season ticket holder wanting to exercise the right of pre-emption to duly fill in this form and consign it to the ticket offices at the La Fenice Theatre, Piazzale Rome or the Vesta Centre in Mestre, send it by fax to (+39)-041-2418028 or by post to: Teatro La Fenice, Direzione Marketing, Ufficio Abbonati, Campo San Fantin 1964, 30124 Venezia.

How can I take out a new season ticket?
To take out a new season ticket, you must go to one of the authorised ticket offices (La Fenice Theatre, Piazzale Roma, Ferrovia Scalzi, Mestre, Chioggia-Sottomarina, Dolo), and ask for the special form which must be duly filled in and returned to the ticket office by the date specified by the Theatre.

How many seats does a box have?
A box usually has four seats. A further two can be added on request.

If a season ticket holder cannot attend a performance, is it possible to obtain a refund or change the date?
The season ticket holder can ask for his or her seat to be made available for sale by letting the box office know at least ten days in advance. If the seat is sold, the season ticket holder will be refunded 60% of the price of the season ticket relative to that performance. The season ticket holder can also request to change group for that performance, sending the request via fax at least three days in advance. Depending on availability, the places available for the change are limited to the circle, the gallery and the side box. The cost is €1.00.

If lost or stolen, the right to access to the Theatre can be restored only after reporting the loss to the relevant authorities or by a statement signed by the season ticket holder.
